What we do with your information
Short version: we keep what we need to give you dinner, and nothing else.
Template placeholder. This page is written to be a sensible starting point, not legal advice. Have it reviewed against the law where you actually trade before you publish.
Who we are
Emberfen Hospitality Ltd, The Tidal Granary, 7 Granary Wharf, Saltern Quay, SQ1 4EN, United Kingdom. Questions about this page go to hello@emberfen.example.
What we collect
- Reservations. Your name, email, phone number, party size, the date and time, and any dietary, allergy or access notes you choose to give us.
- Enquiries. Whatever you put in the private dining, careers or contact forms.
- The mailing list. Your email address, only if you tick the box. One note a month, and every one of them has an unsubscribe link.
- The website. Aggregate, non-identifying statistics about which pages are read. No advertising trackers and no profiles.
Why we keep it
To hold your table, to cook around your allergies, to tell you if something changes, and to answer what you asked us. Allergy and access notes are treated as sensitive: they go to the kitchen and the floor team for your booking and are not used for anything else.
How long
- Reservation records: twenty-four months, so we know you have been before.
- Enquiries: twenty-four months.
- Job applications: twelve months, then deleted.
- Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
Who else sees it
Our booking, email and payment providers, each under contract and only so that they can provide that service. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anybody for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@emberfen.example and we will reply within a month, usually the same week.
