Sunday, one sitting from 12.30pm.

The Sunday Table

One sitting, shared plates, brought out as they are ready.

On Sundays the kitchen cooks one menu for everybody and sends it to the middle of the table.

£68 per guest · Per guest. Children under twelve eat at half price.

Saturday dinner is tasting menu only — the kitchen cannot do both well on a full Saturday, and we would rather say so than do it badly.

Nine courses, written that morning

We cannot publish tomorrow’s menu because it does not exist yet. This is one that was actually served, printed so you know the shape of the evening.

Allergies and intolerances

Tell us when you book, not on the night. The tasting menu is bought and prepped a day ahead, so notice is the difference between cooking around something properly and improvising.

We handle gluten, dairy, nuts and shellfish in this kitchen every day and cannot promise any dish is free of them. We can and do cook a full plant-based tasting menu with the same number of courses. More questions, or write to reserve@emberfen.example.

A table is the whole point.

Twelve weeks of diary, four ways to eat, and a kitchen that would rather know about your allergies now than on the night.
